I’m an experienced organisational and learning and development professional who specialises in individual and team development through coaching, training and consulting including HR recruitment. I’m skilled at increasing emotional intelligence (EQ) and improving performance to enable people to connect, communicate, and contribute better. I work closely with clients to provide awareness and insight to ignite change, leading to greater satisfaction and success, both personally and in their careers.
As an organisational development consultant with People&co’s Co.Star Consulting programme I provide development, retention and transition services that cover individual, leadership, team and organisational profiling and development, performance coaching as well as career and change management. I also run workshops for leaders, teams and individuals. Working in the career management space has equipped me to take ownership of the HR recruitment portfolio at People&co also where I’m responsible for finding, coaching and assessing candidates for various roles including administration, generalist and specialist roles within human resources and people capability. I work closely with my clients to source the best suited candidate for each role. Having the skills in both recruitment and people development I am then able to assist with further coaching and development within the organisation itself, where needed, and journey alongside both client and candidate.
