A founding director of People&co and Co.star Consulting, I understand how vital it is to choose the right search, recruitment and consulting partner. It’s an important relationship. Together with Warren Tocker, I support Sam Collins in leading both teams and the day-to-day operation of our diverse and dynamic business. I also work closely with organisations on preferred supplier contracts and run projects for the recruitment of change or volume recruitment programmes, and the orchestration of a number of business work streams.
I’ve worked in the executive recruitment field for the past two decades, following a successful career in the aviation industry, where I held senior operational and leadership roles both here in New Zealand, and in Australia. Over that time, I’ve recruited extensively at CEO, senior management, and board levels across a range of sectors, and for the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. I’m a Certified Advisory Board Chair, a mentor and an activator with SheEO, an organisation which funds women led ventures.
When I’m not working with New Zealand’s talented leaders, you’ll find me planning my next trip or enjoying the great outdoors with my camera and Kawa, Parsnip, Max, and Robbie, our dogs.
