Katie Kemp

At People&co I specialise in permanent and contract marketing, communications and finance roles.. With recruitment experience in New Zealand and the UK, I pride myself on developing strong, honest and long-standing relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues. My passion for recruitment is fuelled by a genuine interest in people.

As well as recruiting, I have experience as a consultant and teacher. I took time out to pursue my personal goals to become a mum and full-time athlete. Now with three fantastic daughters, and New Zealand and Oceania Marathon Champion titles added to my ‘CV’, I’m excited to be able to invest my energy into my role as a consultant at People&co.

I truly value being happy in my work and know the immense satisfaction the right role can bring into each and every one of our lives, from learning new skills, conquering challenges, meeting deadlines and building great relationships. I’m super committed to finding the right solutions for the organisations and people I work with and am always ready to hit the ground running (metaphorically and literally).
