A highly experienced coach and leader, Gillian is an expert in organisational development. As owner and principal consultant of her former business ‘Change by Design’, she brings more than 20 years’ experience working with organisations and individuals to successfully facilitate growth and change. Gillian specialises in developing leaders, and coaching individuals and teams to work more effectively and collaboratively, especially in times of change.
Since 1997, Gillian has worked across the public and private sectors supporting organisations and their people through change and development. Currently a member of the All of Government HR Consultancy panel and on the leadership coaching panels of Inland Revenue and Ministry of Primary industries, Gillian has a Masters degree in Education, a post-graduate Certificate in Counselling from Canterbury University, and a Diploma in Teaching.
With an immense depth of knowledge and experience in OD, Gillian is skilled and accredited to use a range of psychometric tools including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (Advanced), Genos Emotional Intelligence, Ask Your Team and the LDC LSP360 Assessment. Gillian has built a strong reputation for her warmth and energy, and her ability to relate comfortably with people across all levels of an organisation.
