Catherine Leone

I am the finance manager at People&co. I grew up in Palmerston North, graduated from Massey University in accountancy, and began my career with one of the big six (as it was then) accounting firms in Wellington.

I have since worked as an accountant in a variety of businesses, from tax consultancy firms to a branding specialist, here in New Zealand and overseas, gaining my CA qualification along the way. I have worked in recruitment since 2011 and really enjoy all the interaction I have with candidates and clients, hopefully making their work lives a little easier along the way. If you are a contractor, it is likely you will come across my desk at some point. In my spare time I like to binge watch Netflix while folding the washing and try to fit in the occasional tandem bike ride with my husband!
